Although still in its infancy I'm hoping the site is now at least starting to 'come of age' as timetable information is beginning to make sense of a great deal of hitherto vague inclusions.
I was asked on a recent Deltic railtour two questions by two different people - by the first "Where do you see this site going?" and by the other "Why?!?".
To answer
the first...
Blocking up cyberspace was my first thought but seriously it's
hoped at least one entry for every month of every year to every
loco will soon be realized - still a lot of work to do then - but
with the amount of information still pending not impossible.
And to the second...
Why not - actually it's great fun - if very time consuming.
As yet there is still vast amounts of information waiting to be uploaded including all those photo references from magazines, books, Deadlines and so on and so forth. Add to this there are a number of works histories still waiting to be added - don't, however, be put off sending in additional information as I try to always give preference to anyone's input.
The site regularly receives complements - non of which I can really take the credit for as I only update the site with the information I am given. Credit goes to those who submit, have submitted and will do so in the future...
