During 1981 the Deltic locomotives were used on a busy
schedule of railtours, this being their last full year in service.
On the 25th May 1981 55009 (D9009) "ALYCIDON" passes
Stratford TMD with the "Deltic Fenman II" railtour which ran
from Finsbury Park to the Nene Valley Railway...
